Precision Barbell - New Weightlifting Class Starts Monday Oct. 12th!
Starting Monday October 12th, a new class will be added to the Group Fitness class roster - Precision Barbell. Precision Barbell is a class focusing on weight lifting form and technique, that will progressively build as individual skill levels develop. Nate has over 25 years of weight lifting experience, and specializes in guiding others to build up skills starting with a solid foundation. Join us to pump some iron and build desirable muscle tone, every 2nd and 4th Monday night of the month from 5:30pm - 6:30pm!
